AI Content and Tools Policy
Effective Date: 8/13/26
1. Purpose of this Policy
This policy explains how artificial intelligence relates to our course content and to any AI tools you may use in connection with our courses, coaching, or workshops. It applies to all students enrolled in courses offered by Impact Eighty-Eight, LLC ("Impact Eighty-Eight," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Our Course Content Is Human-Created
Our video lessons, coaching frameworks, worksheets, and related materials are developed and delivered by our own team, not generated by artificial intelligence. If this changes for any specific piece of content in the future, we will disclose that use of AI directly on the relevant course page, consistent with FTC guidance on transparency around AI-generated content.
3. AI Tools Used in Workshops or Coaching
From time to time, we may host workshops or coaching sessions that introduce you to AI tools, or that show you how AI can support your own business. Any recommendation or demonstration of a third-party AI tool is provided for educational purposes only.
4. Your Responsibility for AI Tool Use
If you choose to use an AI tool, whether one discussed in our workshops or any other, you are solely responsible for the permissions you grant that tool, any API connections you authorize, the data you input into it, and the outputs it generates. Impact Eighty-Eight, LLC does not operate, control, or have visibility into the AI tools you choose to use, and we are not responsible for how those tools store, process, or use your data, or for any result you obtain from them.
5. No Outcome Guarantees Related to AI
The results of using an AI tool depend heavily on the permissions, configuration, and inputs you personally set up, so we cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome from your use of AI in connection with our courses or workshops.
6. Protecting Proprietary Course Content
Our course materials, coaching frameworks, and worksheets are proprietary and protected by copyright. Please do not input, upload, or paste our course content into any AI tool, including tools used for note-taking, summarization, or content generation. Doing so may expose our proprietary materials to third parties in ways neither you nor we can control.
7. Prohibited Use of AI With Our Materials
You may not use any AI tool to reproduce, redistribute, repackage, or otherwise plagiarize our course content. This includes using AI to summarize our materials for resale, to recreate our frameworks as your own product, or to generate derivative works based on our proprietary content without our written permission. This prohibition works alongside, and does not replace, the restrictions in Section 4 of our Terms and Conditions.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AI Content and Tools Policy as AI tools and applicable regulations continue to develop. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
