This Cookies Policy explains how Impact Eighty-Eight, LLC ("Impact Eighty-Eight," "we," "us," or "our")
uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website, located at impacteightyeight.com, and on
our course platform, LearnWorlds. By continuing to browse or use our site and course platform, you agree
to the use of cookies as described here.
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow a site to
recognize your device, remember your preferences, and collect information about how you use the site.
3.1 Essential Cookies
These cookies are necessary for our website and course platform to function. They allow you to log in,
move between pages, and access secure areas such as your student dashboard. Our site cannot operate
properly without them, and they cannot be switched off through our systems.
3.2 Analytics Cookies
Analytics cookies, including those from Google Analytics, help us understand how visitors use our
website and course platform. These cookies collect information such as pages visited, time spent on the
site, and general navigation patterns, and that data helps us improve our content and user experience.
3.3 Marketing and Functional Cookies
Cookies associated with tools such as HubSpot support email communication, customer relationship
management, and marketing follow-up. They may track your interactions with our emails and website so
we can tailor our communication with you.
Our website and course platform integrate with third-party services that may place their own cookies on
your device, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, Zoom, LearnWorlds, and Squarespace. Each provider
has its own privacy and cookie practices, and we encourage you to review those directly. We do not
control how these third parties use the information their cookies collect, beyond the settings we configure
for our own account.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies, delete
existing cookies, or receive a notification before a cookie is stored. Blocking essential cookies may
prevent parts of our course platform from working correctly, so review your browser's help documentation
before making changes.
